Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
Time: 8:00AM Registration opens at Riverside Warming House
9:00AM 5k Prediction Run/Walk Begins
10:00AM Awards ceremony (one hour race cut off)
Registration and race start at Riverside Park warming house. No mile markers will be on the courses—that’s cheating!
Cost: Discounts for bringing a non-perishable food item!
General Public: $15 (without food donation) $10 (with food donation)
RRRGF Member: $10 (without food donation) $5 (with food donation)
Food and funds will be donated to the Northlands Rescue Mission from RRR-GF.
Logistics: No watches/GPS/iPods allowed! (Times will be recorded by race directors. Results available at www.rungrandforks.com). Your prediction form (below) will be filed before the race and compared to your actual time. The three smallest time differences are the prize winners. Speed breaks a “tie.”

2015 Frozen Feat
When: Saturday, February 14th 2015.
Time: 10k Starts at 10am.
5k starts at 10:30am.
Race day registration and packet pick-up begins at 8am in the Central High School Commons Area (115 N 4th Street, Grand Forks, ND).
Course: The course is on the Grand Forks Greenway trail. Riverside Park for the 5k, Riverside, then Lincoln Park for the 10k. Race courses available online at www.frozenfeat.com.
NOTE: For the safety of all of our participants, pets will not be allowed.
Amenities: Long sleeve technical shirt guaranteed for first 400 registrants! Medals for all finishers. Pre-race coffee and Post-race food provided inside Central High School Commons.
Awards: Top 3 overall males, top 3 overall females, top finishers for each age group (Under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+), top “Lovebirds” teams for each race.
Door prizes: Door prizes are open to all participants and will be drawn throughout the race.
Things to Note: There is no bag drop. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Central High School, Frozen Feat, or Red River Runners. Please respect the course, our volunteers, and our host Central High School.
